By booking a service you are agreeing to the following conditions.
Appointment Reschedule and Cancellations
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. This policy ensures that time can be appropriately allocated to other clients in need of services. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no call/no show instances, will be considered non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
Quiet Space for Your Session
To ensure you receive the most value from your session, please plan to attend your appointment from a quiet, distraction-free environment. Being in a focused setting allows us to make the most of our time together, maintain clear communication, and fully address your goals without interruptions. Limiting background noise and distractions will help create a productive and effective experience for both of us.
How We'll Connect
All meetings are conducted virtually using either Zoom or FaceTime to provide flexibility and convenience. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a link or instructions to join the session on your selected platform. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your device is set up and ready at the scheduled time. This virtual format allows us to connect efficiently while maintaining a comfortable and accessible experience for your session.
